Through McKinsey’s Forward programme, I discovered that effective leadership starts with clear, empathetic communication and a willingness to adapt. The experience gave me a framework to present myself better and the confidence to voice my ideas. It turned out to be less about technical know-how and more about developing a growth mindset. I now see myself as an agile, self-driven leader who can continuously improve by communicating and adapting more effectively.
